Spotted it in a map book. Took my husband to have a look. It was brilliant, not a huge place, run by a very nice man how obviously loves motorbikes. It was a very good collection, ideal for any bike fan. Don't miss it.”

Superb Eccentric Atmosphere

Visited about 3 years ago, absolutely loved this place - its a real treasure trove of quirky machinery and interesting artefacts. The informal slightly shambolic feel to the place give it a superb eccentric atmosphere. The staff were helpful and interested too. Well worth a visit, I want to go again!!”

This place is great

For me this place is great and well worth a visit. It’s not the Haynes museum as has been mentioned, but a collection. It’s a great collection of motorcycles, with chaps in attendance mending bikes, who when asked where only to happy to talk to me and answer my questions. What this place lacks in surroundings (it is a large railway shed), it more than makes up for in character.”

Lovely to see

Lovely to see all different bikes from the last hundred years. The owner was a very nice man who had time to talk to you about the motorbikes. Does need a few more signs so you can find it. Nothing fancy about the building but you're there to see the wonderful collection. There are toilets on site.”

Gem of a museum

Little gem of a museum, more of a workshop . Motorcycles being renovated and waiting renovation. A must visit for motorcycle enthusiasts just don't expect pristine museum conditions. Only £5 entrance.”
